VI.                        Board of Director’s Meet and Greet – If there is no need for an election, we can have just an introduction and have the candidate tell us top 2/3 that they hope to accomplish, change, etc.

VII.                        New Neighbor Welcome/Board Appreciation Night – Select date, develop plan for event.  Brian and Jim volunteered to play. Ideas for other music? Food?

VIII.                        Movie Night – Pick a night, movie, serve popcorn, BYOB and soft drinks

IX.                        Saturday Morning Coffee Hour – Steve Barnum – Roofs and Lanais presentation postponed, need to reschedule.

Shaun Schwartz – February 5 Discussion about environmental issues in Manatee County. S. Kirsche will make coffee cake. Volunteers to make something. Need Volunteers to help with set up/clean up.

XI.                        Cliff Erickson – After grill night concert. Confirm time. Do we have an invoice for his services? How should we advertise? How do we collect cover charge?
