OUR PROPERTY
Vizcaya of Bradenton is a fully-enclosed gated community consisting of 33 Mediterranean-style buildings, many in lakeside settings. Over 32 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds containing more than 1,000 palm trees and other lush vegetation. Each building has 2 upper and 2 lower units joined around an open courtyard with fountains and planting areas. We have five open floor plans ranging from 1322 to 1824 square feet (air conditioned space), including a screened lanai, and front to back views from the major living areas.
