AGENDA

A. Courtyard Fountain Painting Proposals
B. Plot Layout for Water Shutoff Valves, Backflow Valves, Drain Cleanout Locations
and propose a means to tag individual units external shutoffs.
C. Tom Damico would like to review with management and the Board on:
• Setting up an account with Rexall
• Lights, Photo Cells, Labels for Air-Conditioners, Seals for Photo Sensor Boxes, Electrical Silicon to prevent water leakage and labeling the House Meters when identified.
D. Fence Coverings – Update
E. Front Gate Painting 6.26.22 Office WO response, waiting for rainy season to be over. Needs sanded and painted. This comes under the category of keeping the grounds cosmetically acceptable.
F. Garbage Bins: Chains, Hooks, Screws. May 2022 work order result WIP. This project would cost an average of $550.00 to complete. (Board please consider).
G. Pool area: Fence Posts 7.5.22 WO. Still needs rust cleaned off, holes filled and caps replaced. Fence needs power washed and some repair work.
H. Signs by Garbage Cribs: 11.1.22 and before. “Watch Your Step” have not been done. Signs were to be ordered from last meeting Nov. 1, 2022
I. Yield Sign: 11.1.22 and before has not been completed. There’s a nice channel bar located between buildings 11 and 12 toward the back, not in use that could be removed and used. Needs to be painted black.
4. New Discussion Items for Future Work
A. Courtyard Podium Light Fixtures: They have variable sizes and glass color. Should the glass all be clear or fogged?
B. New Blinds for the Guardhouse Door.
C. Large Black Rain Drains: Possibly work in conjunction with the Landscaping Committee for some ideas.
D. Power Washing: When Courtyards are being power washed, could the garbage cribs for that building be completed at the same time.
E. Paint Pool Shower Walkway (Non-Slip Paint)
F. Cleaning /Repairing of Clubhouse Function Chairs: Volunteer in conjunction with the Social Committee. Lot of stains. (Dollars needed for cleaning supplies)
