a.       Acknowledge and Approve the Resignation letter/email From Andrew Penney from the Board of Directors

b.      Approve the Appointment of New Board Member

c.       Discussion/Motion on the Board of Directors Open Board Officer Position of Secretary

d.      Motion to Ratify the Polling of the Board for Emergency Tile Roof Repairs on Building 24 Unit D in the amount of $5,270. (All Seven (7) Board Members Responded in Favor)
