d. Garbage Chains & Bolts (Halting for now, and in monitoring mode)
e. Tarps (Using what we have, budgeting for 2023) (have 20”, must take off Vines before install)
4. Open Jobs/Work Orders
a. Burned out light bulbs. Map is on web site; w/o submitted to replace 35 bulbs
b. Fountain cleaning and repair in July. Sustainable going forward?
c. (1) Pool four hooks for the poles, rusted and broken. (Hooks ordered, but too big).
(2) Pool area fence posts & pool pump area, sleeve caps needed on some of them. (4 missing, 1 cracked)
(3) Garbage can by shower busted, needs replaced. DONE
(4) Pool Shower Broken. IN PROCESS
(5) Need building numbers replaced on back of bldgs. where Hampton took off & never replaced, see WO as to why they are important.
(6) When sending in WO’s Pool Area needs added in the dropdown box for a choice. DONE
(7) Palm Trees between 29G-H causing water overflow from the gutter blocking & pushing into screens, WO originally started 3.31.22, with email & pictures after & still not completed. WILL BE DONE WHEN PALM TREESARE TRIMMED
(8) Finials on front gate different colors because of corrosion. Pictures, email & WO in.
d. Exposed Electrical box, between bldg.’s 1-2, pond area
