b. Procedure to monitor burned out lights, including lake, parking, grounds, etc.…
c. Plan for periodic unit audit to ensure safety, fire and structural issues are mitigated. Must include lanai, porch and balcony water mitigation and dissipation. Paul, Andrew
d. Homeowners’ handbook including maintenance, responsibilities, etc.… klaus present first stab for sharing and marking up
5. Completed items, awaiting board approval
